Excellent Service Award (EXSA) is a national award that recognizes service role models who have consistently delivered excellent customer service. For the fourth year running, we remain the only automotive retailer to have its service champions benchmarked against their professional peers from other industries.
What was significant this year is that several departments and individuals from the "heart of the house" qualified for EXSA for the first time; such as Customer Contact Centre and New Vehicle Delivery Centre, with individuals ranging from Administrator to Driver to Workshop Personnel - proving that our "Customer 1st" philosophy permeates throughout the organisation.
For those who are repeat EXSA awardees, their consistency is certainly to be emulated.
Each EXSA awardee was presented with a certificate endorsed by EXSA committee and LTA, and an EXSA badge that serves to identify these service champions at the workplace.
